Everything was perfect, cozy hotel, the location was perfect close to the main tram line into the old city and the Blue Mosque, main blue line tram, the Tramway, the Metro and a taxi stop. The exceptional staff made it a pleasurable place to stay.

This place is located in a great area, in the city center, but on a quiet street. The service is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. The amenities are top-notch, with options such as 24-hour room service, wake up service, and tours/ticket assistance. Plus, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with great features like mini-bars, balconies, and soundproofing. The dining options are also fantastic, with a great restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the staff, especially Oydin, are on hand to help you with anything you need.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

I had an 11-night stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the tram station and the old center of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. The cleanliness of the room was great and the breakfast had a great variety of options. the hotel facilities were great and it was a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of popular attractions and close to public transportation. One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests.
There were a couple of issues that affected my overall experience. the bathroom could have been more comfortable, especially the shower and sink.
